2]Advertising your site. Spam is not permitted to promote your site. Depending on conditions you may get one warning but figure on your site already being deleted.Since NOBODY knows the definition of SPAM we will widen and broaden it further advertinsing in chat rooms, message boards,IRC,newsgroups not meant for that purpose, Win messenger. Basically advertising in any situation were you are not specifically asked to or pay to do so. Everything else is bad and you shal get the boot.

3]Usage. You may use your site as a personal site, company site,church site or an adult topics site.As adult topics we consider words not images to be the bulk of the site. No Gallery, TGP,Avatar warehouses, warez, passwd sites. You may not use your site for a file distribution mirror unless you ask Interfun first.  You may store 5 personal Avatars. You may not store non-members avatars.

4] CopyRight infringement. We suggest you watermark all Images and take a similiar approach to other media. The one with the mark wins. If there is no mark you guys can work it out in court for about 20 grand.

5]Interfun makes no claimes to the fitness or usability of this software. You release Interfun from all damages that may occur from using it. 

6] KIDDIE PORN!!!. Users on Chatropolis have gone to jail over such material. If I see it loitering around here I will report you with every possible.  bit of info I can collect on you. If you happen to be in Costa Rica I will pick you up and deliever you to the cops myself.I will show considerable lack of regard for your comfort along the way.

7] I will not sit and write terms forever. That's why Interfun has the right to remove your site at any time for any reason. Most of all without explanation.  Just play nice and we will have a great time.
